Product

Our cookies stay fresh in the package for 5-6 days. To maintain freshness, keep your cookies in the bag and place them in an air-tight container. If you want the cookies to last longer than 5-6 days, we recommend you freeze them (refrigeration tends to dry them out). You may keep them in the freezer for up to 8 weeks. When you are ready for your cookies, simply place them in the microwave for 12 - 15 seconds.   

Some of our cookies do contain nuts. For those who have a severe allergy, please be aware that we do our best to keep everything separate, but there is still a chance of cross contamination.   

Returns

We are unable to accept returns. If you experienced an issue with your order, please email us at roxiescookies@gmail.com.  

Shipping

Please note our cookies are baked to order, so please allow 24-72 hours processing time
once your order is received.
If an order is placed on Friday, please note that your order will not be shipped until Monday to provide the ultimate freshness. All orders are shipped either
USPS Priority shipping or UPS ground shipping (you choose the one you’d
like).
Once your order has shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.  

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are not afforded the volume discounts that large
companies like Amazon or other large companies have.
Some of our customers order multiple dozens to save on shipping cost per dozen. For example, the cost of shipping 2 dozen cookies, is about the same as the cost of shipping 1 dozen.   

Although we try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee the date your order may arrive. Please consider placing orders for a specific occasion/holiday at least one week prior (more if we are experiencing delays or if you have a large bulk order). Also indicate in the note section your desired delivery date.
